Bandana by Fringe Supply Co.
As a lifelong bandana lover, I’ve long wanted to design one for Fringe but we also wanted it to be truly American-made, which is surprisingly not that easy to do. But we did it! This is 100% West Texas cotton — grown, woven, hand-dyed and hand-printed in the US. The design — a “garter stitch” border with a few randomly placed “yarnovers” — is hand-drawn. And it’s available in a pale blue and a medium army green, both of which go with everything.
A bandana is the original multi-tool: use it as a headband, a scarf, a napkin, a makeshift bag (tie it up furoshiki style) ... I amused myself with the knitting needle napkin-ring idea and hope you’ll steal it from me for a knit-group dinner party!
This bandana is handmade and any small imperfections are part of the character of the item. It is a slightly more substantial fabric than the typical bandana, and will soften and fade with washing.
