How and when do you ship?
We ship every weekday from Tennessee. Within the U.S., we ship via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic shipping fees are $7 for orders up to $47, $10 for orders from $48 up to $149, and free on orders $150 and up. We ship within 2 business days, but usually much faster — in fact, orders received in the morning typically ship the same day. From Nashville to other major metropolitan areas, Priority Mail typically takes 2 days; for rural areas it may be 3 days. (To see which zone you're in, enter 37208 as the origin zip in the Priority Mail Map.) Delivery times are not guaranteed.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped — if you haven't received it, please check your spam folder, and allow 24 hours for it to begin tracking.
What about international shipping?
We ship internationally, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We adhere to all customs requirements and cannot mark the package as a gift or falsify the value.
International orders ship via the United States Postal Service and are then put into the care of your nation's postal system for final delivery.
Option 1: First Class International
• No guaranteed tracking beyond US custody
• Usually arrives in 1-2 weeks but can occasionally take up to 60 days
Option 2: Priority Mail International (Recommended)
• Door-to-door tracking for most destinations
• Typically arrives in 7-10 business days
Packages may be held by your postal service pending payment of customs fees or any applicable VAT. Any taxes/duties/customs fees charged by your country are strictly your responsibility.
Fringe Supply Co is not responsible for non-delivery due to unclaimed packages. Please keep an eye out for notification from your postal service or contact them if you suspect your package is being held for customs purposes. Unfortunately, international customs processing can delay packages without warning — patience is sometimes required.
Postage on returned international packages is not refundable.
How can I pay?
You may use any major credit card, a PayPal account, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Do you charge sales tax?
As of March 1, 2019, we are required to collect sales tax for the following states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Washington and Wisconsin.
What is your return policy?
We carry only a limited selection of carefully chosen, quality merchandise, and are confident you'll be happy with your order. If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, however, please let us know within 7 days and a store credit can be issued for the purchase price (less a 15% restocking fee) once the item is returned (purchaser bears all shipping costs). If you receive a damaged item, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us immediately by using the contact form or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org; damage must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
What if my order is a gift?
If you leave us a note in the checkout process, we'll be happy to leave out the invoice. We'll even include a handwritten card if you tell us what you'd like it to say. While not technically gift-wrapped, all FSCo orders are handsomely packaged for shipping.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Most of our Fringe Originals are available wholesale. If you’re a bricks-and-mortar retailer interested in selling them, please use the contact form to send your name, store name, URL and resale number to us, along with your interest in wholesale info, and we'll be in touch.
